Size and tolerance limits depend on material, wall thickness and construction, so we confirm them against your drawing rather than publishing a blanket table — a single number would mislead you in one direction or the other. Send the drawing, or even just the key dimensions, and we will come back in writing on feasibility and the tolerance we can hold on that specific part, before you commit to anything.

 

Pebax, polyamide (nylon), TPU and other medical-grade thermoplastics, with PTFE liners and stainless steel coil or braid reinforcement. We also supply PET heat shrink tubing for reflow and lamination. Tell us the material in your design and we will confirm feasibility, or suggest an alternative if there is a reason to.

 

 Our shafts and tubing are built into devices for gastroenterology, structural heart (including TAVI/TAVR and valve repair delivery systems), electrophysiology (RF and pulsed field ablation), neurovascular, cardiovascular and peripheral procedures. Typical end products include aspiration catheters, guide catheters, microcatheters and stent delivery systems. We supply the component, not the finished device.

 

We make catheter shafts and tubing to customer drawings: braided and coil-reinforced composite shafts, steerable tubing, access sheaths and dilators, microcatheter shafts, custom extrusion (single-lumen, multi-lumen and multi-layer), and PET heat shrink tubing.
