Yes. If you have a sample from another supplier, we can work from it — measuring the construction, agreeing the key dimensions and tolerances with you, and building to that reference. This usually saves a round of development cost, but we will still need agreed acceptance criteria before we start.

 

Around two weeks from design freeze is typical, depending on complexity and material. If you are working to a fixed date, tell us the date and we will say honestly whether we can meet it rather than promise and slip.

 

We manufacture to order. The one exception is PET heat shrink tubing, which we hold in a full range of sizes with no minimum order quantity. Everything else — including all extruded and braided tubing — is made to your specification.

 

Components and sub-assemblies. That means tubing, shafts and assembled catheter sub-components made to your drawing. We do not place finished devices on the market under our own name — the device registration and clinical responsibility stay with you.
