Tooling is quoted as a separate, one-time item. Where the customer pays for the tooling, the customer owns it — this is stated in the quotation and confirmed in the contract. Repeat orders are not charged for tooling again.
Q What does a project look like from inquiry to production?
A
1) Requirement review — we go through your specification and constraints. 2) Design review — manufacturability feedback before anything is built. 3) Prototyping — functional samples for your evaluation. 4) Validation — dimensional and performance testing with a report. 5) Production — volume manufacturing under our quality system. You get a status update at each stage, not silence.
Q Can you help with design, or do I need to provide complete drawings?
A Either works. Send a full drawing, a rough sketch, or just a concept. Our engineering team will review it for manufacturability and come back with what we would change — including when the answer is that a different construction would serve you better.
Q What is your minimum order quantity?
A
There is no minimum for prototypes — a single unit is fine. For production, MOQ depends on material and process; as a reference, most tubing runs start at 200 units per size. Send your annual volume and we will confirm for your specific part.
