Prototypes are paid 100% in advance. For production orders, payment terms and lead time are set per project — order value, material and tooling all affect them — so the quotation states them explicitly rather than applying one blanket policy. You will see the terms before you commit.

 

Yes, and we can sign before any drawings are shared. Designs, drawings and project information stay confidential and are not shown to other customers. If you have your own NDA template, send it and we will review it.

 

Quotes are itemized — material, processing and tooling shown as separate lines, so you can see where the cost sits and compare options. Price depends on material, tolerance and volume. Send a drawing and we will come back with a breakdown rather than a single number.

 

Most of our tubing ships non-sterile, for you to sterilize as part of your device process. Ethylene oxide cycles at around 55 °C are generally compatible with Pebax, polyamide and TPU constructions. PTFE liners and TPU are not suited to steam autoclave or gamma. Final compatibility and validation remain with the device manufacturer, but we will tell you what we know about the materials in your part.
