1. Wire Braid Reinforcement

Single-strand fine wire (SS304/SS316L/Nitinol/Tungsten) in diamond weave pattern. Braid angle 20°–70°. Tungsten braid available for enhanced radiopacity and ultra-thin wall performance.

2. Thin Wall & Large Lumen

Wall thickness down to 0.08 mm (0.05 mm on special order). Maximizes inner lumen for higher flow rates and broader therapeutic compatibility.

3. Anti-Kink Flexibility

Composite braid structure navigates tortuous anatomy without collapsing. Variable pitch braid design available for graduated flexibility along the shaft.

Precise torque response from proximal to distal tip. Multi-durometer hardness gradient (up to 7 zones, 25D–83D) ensures smooth pushability-to-flexibility transition.
