1.Hydrophilic Coating

Uniform hydrophilic coating on the outer surface activates with saline irrigation, reducing friction coefficient by up to 90%. Enables smooth navigation through tortuous anatomy such as the carotid siphon, minimizing vascular trauma and procedure time.

2.Coil Reinforcement Layer

Precision-wound stainless steel coil (SS304/SS316L) provides consistent radial support along the catheter shaft. The coil structure maintains lumen patency under high vacuum pressure, preventing tube collapse during aspiration. Variable pitch design available for graduated flexibility from proximal to distal end.

3. Braided Reinforcement Mesh

Diamond-pattern stainless steel wire braid (SS304/SS316L/Nitinol) embedded within the polymer wall structure. Provides torsional rigidity for precise torque transmission, enhances burst pressure resistance, and prevents kinking in acute angulations. Braid angle and density customizable per clinical requirements.

4. Thin Wall PTFE Liner

Ultra-thin PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) inner liner creates a smooth, low-friction luminal surface. Maximizes inner lumen diameter for efficient thrombus evacuation while maintaining minimal outer diameter for vessel compatibility. Chemically inert and biocompatible.
